Given a low-pass RC filter, is it possible to determine "phase angle" and "db loss" given only a resistance, a capacitance and a frequency (not the cut-off frequency which obviously can be determined.In other words not given Vin or Vout. Reactance of course can be determined without Vin or Vout, but I don't know how to approach this problem without either Vin or Vout being given.
