Given a company's positive and negative cash flows over years 0-5, and the interest rate on the project, what is the IRR and MIRR?
I have attached the specifics of this hw problem. I have tried it several times and can not arrive at an answer I am confident in. I can't find the instructor's notes on how to complete these problems when the cash flows include both positive and negative signs. Correct answers to compare my work to would be greatly appreciated.
