Question: Printers that Print (PtP) was a company that made high-quality printers in a wide variety of colors. PtP needed a warehouse to manufacture their printers. PtP bought a 96-hour option from Real Warehouses (RW) for $150 that allowed them to buy a specific warehouse. PtP told RW that if RW made some investments to the warehouse, PtP would use the option. Three days later, RW told PtP that the option was no longer valid.

PtP eventually told RW that it didn't need to make the investments. Later, the two parties agreed on the sale. PtP bought the warehouse as is. A month later, PtP discovered there were serious problems with the building's roof, causing severe leaking and mold.

PtP hired Mold and Leaking (MaL) to make the necessary repairs. MaL made a bid of $75,500. Later, MaL reached out to PtP to say that they made a mistake. MaL had forgotten to add the price of the materials, and the correct price would now be $150,000.

MaL said they were not bound by the agreement because there was no agreement on the starting date of the work.

In the end, there was an agreement to do the work on the condition that PtP approved a feasibility report about the construction.
