Question: Give structures of carbohydrates and name them and classify them on their own and in comparison, to each other (think isomers, enantiomers, etc).

You should be able to apply the knowledge of an alpha or beta glycosidic bond to structural changes in sugar molecules. Do certain types of bonds cause a more fibrous structure vs a more globular structure?
