Recognizing employees who contribute to growth of organization is paramount if they want to retain their employees services. You have hired a diverse group of skilled employees. There must be a continuous effort to retain their services. Employee incentives play a big part in keeping employees satisfied with their employment. You have been tasked by senior management to revamp the current rewards policy, and you will research two different organizations to compare what they are doing to give employees a reason to perform through rewards.
