Religion can be associated with positive emotions, including a sense of optimism and purpose to life, and can provide a healthy way of coping with stress. In the Buddha's teaching, it contains three major aspects namely, discipline (morality), concentration and wisdom. The Buddha's teaching helps us to realise that innate ultimate wisdom. With wisdom, we can then solve our problems and turn suffering into happiness. The nature of Daoism is to understand yourself. The better you understand yourself, the easier and more peaceful life becomes.Islam teaches that God is the source of peace. By focusing on this important relationship and following God's guidance, believers will be able to acquire inner peace and tranquility. In Christianity, they follow the God's Guidance along Life's Path. They believe God will give them a new and extraordinary aim in life. The goal of Hinduism is to escape the cycle of rebirth by reaching Nirvana.
