Objective -

We are choosing the topic of Trade finance which we will describe in detail in the assignment. But for now we will give a brief outline of the topic.

Trade finance signifies financing for domestic and international trade transactions. A seller and a buyer are the main role players and the banks and financial institutions act as an intermediaries. This has become the main area of concern as 80% to 90% of the trade depends on trade finance.

World trade has faced a lot of problem due to trade credit financing. So we will discuss about -

1. Impact of Trade Finance

2. Challenges of trade Financing

3. Supply of Trade Finance

Our group member will discuss this three questions. Starting with the Impact of trade finance, we choose to explain this because it is very important to understand the way it can affect the businesses. It will help the traders to enter into new markets.

Secondly, we will discuss about challenges that trade finance is facing. It needs urgent attention because it can worsen and the trade can collapse.

Lastly, we will address the issue of supply of trade finance which involves banks and financial institutions because they are the main suppliers if finance. If they don't have enough financing capacity the trade will be affected.
