1. Worker's shall be compensated fairly in accordance with their contracts, ensuring a basic standard of living is attainable and minimum wage laws are satisfied.
2. Employees will be treated with honesty and respect.

13. Employees will be afforded privacy for their personal belongings, in restrooms, breakrooms, and breastfeeding room.
