I know people that get so mad when you just shrug them off like what they are saying does not matter. Even when you do not case for what someone has to say you still should not just shrug them off. Because that could set up bad communication for you and that person later on down the line, people have to remember that some people can and will hold grudges. What you do to people and how you treat them is never forgotten that is why people always say that first impressions are everything and you never get a second first chance.
