George is looking for a breeding stable in the NYC area for his horses, Snoopy and Prickly-Pete. He see's an ad online for KrAmerica Breeding Stables. As per the website, all inquiries are directed to Norman Newman, Mgr. George contacts Cosmo, negotiates a price for the breeding services, and signs a service contract for two years. Six months later, George is contacted by KrAmerica owner Cosmo Kramer, announcing the business is moving to Kentucky, and that he will need to make other arrangements for Snoopy and Prickly-Pete. George shows Cosmo the contract, but Cosmo insists Newman lacked the authority to enter into contracts with 3rd parties. Decide who should prevail and why.
