Dr. Roberts brought a tuna salad sandwich to lunch. Unfortunately, there were two Staphylococcus aureus cells in the sandwich when he made in the morning. He left the sandwich in his warm car from 8:00 AM until 12:00 in the afternoon. If the generation time for S. aureus is 30 minutes, how many cells would have been in the sandwich if he ate it for lunch? SHOW YOUR WORK!
