A scientific calculator can generate two-digit random numbers. That is, it can choose a number at random from the set {00, 01, 02, . . . , 99}. To obtain a random number from the set {4, 5, . . . , 18}, show that we have to keep generating two-digit random numbers until we obtain one between 4 and 18.
