Assume that you are a user experience designer for the PropertyGuru website, and you have received feedback from the users that they are having difficulties navigating around the website to find out information on how the trend and distribution of housing prices in different districts.

You are tasked to find out through moderated qualitative usability test (UT) on how to improve:
1. The navigation for users within the website.
2. Information gathering and presentation for users.
3. Any other experience for the users.

(a) Generate a plan for a moderated qualitative UT with a clearly defined scope and goal.

(b) Define the profile and ideal number of participants to recruit for your UT, discuss and explain why.

(c) Develop a discussion guide with THREE (3) usability tasks (in different aspects). State the goal and success criteria for each usability task.

(d) Create TWO (2) post-interview questions after the usability tasks and explain the rationale for the questions.
