Question 1. Using the pictogram attached of the PI3 kinase signaling pathway to generate a labeled pathway diagram, reaction list, and set of differential equations.

The format of the completed work would be something like this.

Note that you should not use pseudo steady state or Michaelis-Menten approximations in your own work. Your model should be based on mass action kinetics. You should therefore list and justify your assumptions. You do not need to generate numbers for the parameters or initial concentrations or simulate your model. There are many existing models of this pathway. You are meant to create your own and not transcribe a published version.
