In a Cartesian coordinate system the equation of a circle with its center at point (a, b) and radius r is:

(x-a)2+(y-b)2 = r2

Given three points, (-1,3.2), (-8,4), and (-6.5,-9.3), determine the equation of the circle that passes through the points. And solve these equations for unknowns by using Gauss-Jordan elimination method.
