Take on the role of a human resources manager and use a social networking site to gain a better understanding of the interviewee’s quality. Fabricate a position for your fake company and assume that the account owner has applied for the position and that their resume fits the company expectations.

Write a 500 word (minimum) report detailing your findings and how their online persona would affect the possible employment of the individual. Use a publicly available account that is very active (at least 5 active friends). Facebook or LinkedIn. No assignments may be submitted on the same person. You should focus on information that would NOT be readily available on the "applicant's" resume. For example, do they have crude photos, foul language, or, on a more positive note, do they list volunteer work the participate in that might affect their employability?
