Question

Kimberly Ahearn was admitted to WRCH on 5/20/24 at 20:30. Legal Status 15B CST, set to expire on 6/07/24, Upon arrival, the patient was incoherent, had multiple bruising on the head, had a hand infection, and was actively withdrawing from substances, as she presents with thought confusion, and intrusion of psychotic process. The patient has a long history of substance abuse, including benzodiazepines and opiates, and mental illness. MD came to assess the patient and ordered the patient to be sent to the ER for further evaluation and treatment.
