He does a deal with Ron who is known in his neighborhood for drug dealing but has not yet been detected for such by the police. Under contract law is this an enforceable contract? Explain your answer.

2. Joan had a heart attack while walking to work and she fell down on the sidewalk in an unconscious state. Several people came rushing to her aid and someone called 911. An emergency ambulance rushed her to the emergency ward of a local hospital where she had several nurses and doctors diligently working on her. So she was taken care of there and survived.
