He recently negotiated a business contract in Pennsylvania with a merchant who is a resident of Pennsylvania. Johnny did this because he hopes eventually to move into Pennsylvania. Johnny breaches the contract and the merchant sues him in the Pennsylvania court system. Johnny makes a motion to dismiss because he claims that Pennsylvania has no personal jurisdiction over him because he does not live in that state. Indicate what you think the court will do in this case and state the reasons for your answer.
