The fundamental movements for the major body segments are a rotation, Flexion, extension, and abduction.

1. The rotation has to be the cirularmovment for our segment of the axis. This one is to do bicep curl a wrist would go in the spot.

3. The extension has the increase to angle for the segment to go back to flexion. The exercise is leg extension. The leg has to be extended when it comes out

4. Circumduction is the move of the noticing to the cone. A sample of this can be the round of trunk, hip, shoulder, thumb, and ankle.

5. Abdication is the move for the parts of the segment that do not go to the midline. The sample for it is later raised. It goes to the finger, Toe, and leg to the hip abductor Equipment.

6. Adduction is the move for people segment of the midline. The workout that will exhibit the move of a chin up. The finger of the body can go spot.
