Assignment

Select an adult (of any age) to interview and gather information about his or her functional health patterns associated with health promotion. Your assignment will be more valuable if you select a person who is willing and able to talk about his or her overall health and wellness goals, and ways of approaching health throughout life. Since you will not be performing a physical assessment or discussing more sensitive issues related to bodily function (unless initiated by the interviewee), you could talk with a person you know. You will not be using names or personal identifiers in your paper, so inform your interviewee that your assessments will be seen only by yourself and a faculty member.
