Frank is training for a marathon. He chooses a training schedule that recommends he run an average of 20 miles a week, but Frank would like to do more. Frank has recorded his weekly miles as follows. Week 1 18 miles Week 2 23 miles Week 3 15 miles. How many miles must Frank run in week 4 for his average mileage to exceed 20 miles.
