Guest satisfaction: A majority of hotel management companies  have some form of guest satisfaction survey that is given to guests following their stay. This data is typically compiled into a report format for review. In most instances, the report benchmarks the subject hotel to the average  for the entire brand or management company. This benchmarking can help identify recurring guest issues that need to be addressed. Moreover, this presents an opportunity to tweak processes and implement practices from higher-performing hotels.
