Your plan/objectives (provocations, experiences)? foster a positive and growth-oriented environment. What you did? I read a book called "How to dress a Dragon" during Storytime. I went over the parts of the book with the children. Most of them were able to recall what the author and illustrator does. During each page, I wouldn't complete a sentence, I would point to the picture to see if they could complete the sentence of the story. The children laughed during storytime. What you noticed? The children were able to recall the roles of the author and illustrator, and they were engaged and amused during the storytime. This indicates that they were actively participating and enjoying the learning process. What will you do next? (provocations, experiences--vs activities) Plan activities that involve active participation and engagement. more interactive storytelling, role-playing activities, or creative projects related to the stories you read.
