Forward and futures prices with equal parameters

The spot price of oil is currently at $41 per barrel, the 6 month forward price is at $49 per barrel. However, the 6 month futures price with the exact same delivery date is trading at 48.55 per barrel. Based on fair value calculations, the forward and futures prices with equal parameters should be the same but they are different here. How can you explain this difference?
