The project team will be required to finalize the Project Closure Report and prepare the project presentation tot the final graduation. The Project Closure Report should include the review and validation or project milestones and success of the project. confirnation of outstanding issues, risks and recommendations, project highlights. lessons leaned and best practices for future projects.

Project Outline and Schedule
Week 1: Project Kick off
During weeks the team will plan and execute a locket meeting for the project as a first step for project initiation. A Kick off meeting is held amongst the project stakeholders when kicking off the Project. This meeting helPS all team members become aware of the project objectives. assumptions, constraints, Deliberables, challenges, methodologies, procedures, plans, working environment, and the roles of each stakeholder, etc.
Week 2: Project Initiation
During this week the team will be working on performing the project initiation process. The project initiating processes formally start the project by olficialy authoring the project and providing the project manager and the project team with the information necessary to begin the project. The Project team main deliverables will be the Project charter, high level project schedule for the graduation project and other related project information documentation.
Weeks 3-4: Project Planning
During this period the project team wal be working on defining and refining the project objectives. and the course of action requied to anon the scope of the PrOjeCt. Project planning determines whether theOrniTirsitcrect in the project charter can be achieved, as well as how the project will be accomplished, and addresses all appropriate project management processes and knowledge areas. The project team will carry out project planning activities as well as the activities needed to achieve the project objective(s). The project team main deliverables should include the project's scope Management Plan, work Breakdown structure (WBS), Schedule Management plan, Resource Managemnt Plan, Quality Management plan, etc. as will be detailed in the week deliverables requirements.
Weeks 5-11: Project Execution. Monitoring and Control
starting week 5 and throughout week 12, the project team will be working on integrating human and other resources to implement the project management plan created in the planing phase. The project team will execute the project's activities-to meet the project objective and measure project progress though Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), namely the schedule performance index (SPI) and the Cast-Performance index (CPI), to idenfity variances from the pian. The project team will spend time and focused often controlling scopes, time, communications, risks, etc to deliver the project successfully and on time. the project teams main deliverables shuld include, Graduation Project status report, Project team Meeting Minutes, and project deliverables as defined in the project scope to meet the protect objectives.
Week 12: Project Closedown
Project Closedown is me combination of assurance that all the work has been completed. assurance that all agreed upon protect management processes have been executed.

Project Overview
You are waking in a company OS port of a team mat is responsible for gathering information about project and producing a report with an estimate for the schedule, cost and resources needed to complete that project. The report should include the information that your team learn gathered and techniques that your team employed to provide these estimates.
Your team is responsible for producing this report within 15 weeks which is your graduation project. To prevent ambiguity, the term Graduation Project (GP} will be used to represent the 15-week project related document. You are responsible for monitoring and managing the 15-week project using Project monagement techniques that you learned during this Course.
In every project team, there will be of least 3 monitoring roles related to the GP. The first is monitoring the GP-cost, We will assume that the cost of each team member is 40$ per hour during normal working hours and 60$ per hour for overtime. Any GP activity will have an estimated time before the start of the activity and the actual time of the activity will be reported. This data will be used to Calculate the related project managemnt key performance indicators (KPIs) such as schedule performance index (SPI)and cost performance index (CPI) for grading purpose. you will not be penalized it your project is over budget as long as you keep measuring the KPIs on a weekly basis and perform root cause analysis periodically and suggest techniques to reduce the overrun.
The second function is tracking the schedule and calculating the KPIs related to the deviation bewtween the planned an actual schedule. If there is a schedule slippage, the team should update GP-plan to be able to finish the project on time.
The third function is to ensure that the team works towards achieving the success criteria of the GP project and that they abide to the quality plan.
In a typical project each member of the team is usually assigned a role for the entire duration Of the Project. Nevertheless, to distribute the knowledge and experience of the graduation project. It is recommended that these roles including project manager role are rotated between the members of the team.
The GP supervisor will be responsible for simulating events in the progress of the GP. The simulated events may be conflicts between GP members or the reolizotion of an event that threatens the execution of the GP as planned. The team members Should update their project's documentation to reflect how these events ore handled.
