If nurses do not embrace technology and the changing times, they run the risk of being replaced or no longer perceived of being of value in the healthcare system of the future. While nurses may not be replaced in the future, we need to begin to generate new roles that maximize what nurses can and should be focusing on within an advancing technological environment and interprofessional environment. Formulate a post based on the readings, online presentation, videos, and content you have learned from the nursing leadership course to create new roles and focus for nurses in this changing healthcare environment with advancing technology and interprofessional leadership roles.
