You have to design and formulate a compensation and promotion plan, that will promote corporate goals in organizations.

Plan and implement a total rewards system using for example:

pay time off, retirement, 401K, incentives, cash bonuses, increase pay, etc.

It can be around 10-15 bullet points max, where you will formulate a compensation/promotion plan for your hypothetical company, hence, an:

E-commerce business, where everything is sold online.

It has 3 positions, Human Resource Manager, Supervisor/employee, and IT person.

Follow the four phases for implementing the rewards system which are:

Assessment, Design, Execution, and Evaluation.
