After six months of full-time employment at your company, employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement for evening and Saturday courses taken at a college or university. Employees must have the course approved by George Earl, Human Resources Manager. Mr. Earl requires each applicant to write a memo requesting approval. The memo must list the course title, the dates of the course, the college, the cost, and how successful completion of the course will help the employee perform his or her job.
