You're starting a new computer software business, you have a very innovative idea, and you expect to be enormously successful. You'll need to raise a lot of money to fund your business, and you'd like to sell out your interest in the business in about 10 years so you can spend the rest of your life sailing around the world. You must make a permanent decision about a form of business ownership-you can't later change to a different form. What form of business ownership would you choose, and why? Be very specific about the form, and very specific about the criteria you used to choose that form, and why it's better than your other options given your goals for this business.
