  3. Provide 8 sample questions from your interview and explain why you are asking each one in a sentence or two. Remember to look at your questions both individually and holistically - did you capture all of the most important information?
  4. Briefly explain how questions will be scored and evaluated.

Outline 3 questions you will ask references and provide a brief (one sentence) justification for each one.

What specific job analysis methods are most appropriate for this job and why?

Imagine that after completing your hiring you receive a complaint about the process not being adequately accessible for people with disabilities. 

  1. The person making the complaint states that vision impaired (blind) people were not given fair access to the job application and testing process. Review your plan. Are they right? If they are not right, why not? If yes, what barriers were present and how could you remove them?
  2. Under an employment equity (rather than affirmative action) legal mandate, what would you be expected to demonstrate if you felt the allegation of indirect discrimination was unfair?
  3. Assume you are hiring for a private corporation in an unregulated industry. What specific legislation is most directly relevant to this disability discrimination complaint?
