The patient is a 53-year-old female who presents for follow-up medication management via telehealth. She consented to telehealth. Her chief complaint is "I have endometriosis". Patient reports past surgical history of hysterectomy due to endometriosis but unfortunately she states it has recurred. She reports she is on antibiotic from her ob/gyn from Mercy hospital. She reports medication compliance with no side effects on her current regimen. She reports improvement in mood, sleep, appetite, and energy level. All psychotic symptoms are denied.Constitutional Review of Symptoms: There is no recent history of weight loss, fever, malaise, or other abnormal constitutional symptoms.
