The patient attended a telehealth follow-up appointment for medication management, to which he gave his consent. He reports he is being managed by a dermatologist for hish rash. He reports he is on steroids and a a dermatological cream. He reports his dermatologist does not suspectn the raash is from adderall and environmental factors are highly being suspected. He however reports he has not yet restarted retaking the adderall pending re-evaluation by his dermatologist.Unfortunately he feels his symptoms have returned and his focus and concentration is a challenge.He requested a refill of his medication which he states he will most probably restart taking by next week.He reportys his appetite, sleep and energy level as adequate.He denies SI/SA/HI/AH/VH.Support and psychoeducation was provided.
