It was found that out of these 102 students, 4 were civil engineering majors and 53 were electrical engineering majors. Find 68% confidence intervals for (a) the percentage of civil engineering majors (b) the percentage of electrical engineering majors, or explain brie y why these cannot be determined from our sample.
