George a male Fleming student, follows an 18 year old female Fleming student to her dwelling house. He hides in the bushes on her property and at 8:00 pm, when it is dark outside, he sneaks up to some windows of the house. He peers through the crack in some curtains and he sees her standing in the bathroom getting ready for a bath. She has no clothes on and he takes pictures of her using his phone. He sends the photos to a friend of his as soon as he takes them. He is caught by the police at 8:45pm at the house and his phone is seized. Police obtain a search warrant and examine his phone and find the nude pictures and determine that he sent the pictures to his friend.
