A 2 kg cart with 2.0e-5 C charge on it starts at rest 1.0m from a fixed dome with charge +1e-4 C. The cart is released. Decide how fast it is moving when it is 3.0 m from the fixed charge dome. If you could include a simple bar graph that would be great, however if not that’s fine.
