You are a newly credentialed medical assistant in your first job in an obstetrics and gynecology office. You are well liked by the patients and your co-workers. Today, you are having lunch with one of your co-workers, Julia, a medical assistant who has worked at the practice for over 10 years. Julia starts grumbling about the performance of another new medical assistant, Renea, saying that Renea's work is unsafe and puts the practice at risk. Julia asks you what you think of Renea's work.
