Consider the following scenario:
The Board and CEO of a cancer charity that funds and conducts research, community health initiatives, and advocacy/awareness campaigns have decided that the organization will partner with several different companies to have the charity's logo placed on a few dozen consumer products. The companies will donate a portion of those products' sales to the charity and will presumably benefit themselves through their association with this charitable initiative. One problem: it turns out that several of the products involved in these partnerships use plastics that contain Bisphenol A (BPA), a chemical researches believe to be a cancer-causing agent.
