Use decision table (in Excel) to show the decision made by a wholesale store fo their discount policy:

For payments received within 10 days of purchase, if order amount is greater than $2500, a discount of 5% is applied; if order payment is between 500 dollars and 2500 dollars, a discount of 3% is applied; if order payment is less than 500 dollars a discount of 1% is applied.

For payment received between 11 days and 20 days of purchase, if order amount is greater than $2500, a discount of 2% is applied.

For payment received within 20 days of purchase, if payment is made online, an extra 3% discount is applied.
