On a certain daily flight, Air Northeast has a policy of booking as many as 22 people on an airplane that can seat only 19. (Past studies have revealed that only 89% of the booked passengers actually arrive for the flight.) Using the Binomial Distribution, find the probability that if Air Northeast books 22 people on a flight, not enough seats will be available for all booked passengers.
