Q1) Study is done to find out which neighbourhoods in city are in need of extra traffic safety measures. Neighbourhood is categorised as particularly unsafe if there are more than 28 reported traffic incidents in month. Assume traffic incidents for certain neighbourhood differ with approximately normal distribution, with mean of 25 and standard deviation of 2.

a) If single month's measurement is made, determine probability that this neighbourhood is considered unsafe?

b) If measurements are made over span of 9 months, and results are averaged, find out the probability that neighbourhood is considered unsafe?

c) Determine the number of incidents such that there is probability only of 0.05 that mean number of incidents over 4 months falls above that number?
