Hopefully, your internship employer is able to supply you with a job description and a full overview of what your roles and responsibilities will become in the organization. If not, you face great challenges ahead, and it is essential that you contact the leadership of your internship organization immediately to attain a copy of your job description. If one must be created, develop a job description and have it approved by your site supervisor of your internship organization. If your internship employer has provided you with a job description and an overview of your roles and responsibilities, it will help you plan for success in week one (1), and throughout the entire ten (10) week experiential learning process. Creating job descriptions is a fundamental management practice that ensures employees understand their job responsibilities.
