Case discussions
1. First Post: Review the case and materials. Write an initial response to the questions. You must post before you can see other students' responses. Use the case materials and the module terminology in your response.

Answer the following questions in a discussion post to your group:
1) What chance do you think George has of finding a job environment that would make him completely happy?
2)Assume that you are George's supervisor and are willing to spend thirty minutes in a two-way communication session trying to help him and keep him with the firm. What points would you attempt to cover and WHY?
3) How specifically would you go about delivering your points (be specific using course content - e.g. Comm Model, culture. perceptions, active listening. verbals, non-verbals - how to use your skills and the type of setting you would organize the communication in, etc.
Be thorough in your answers and responses. Demonstrate your knowledge in relation to the scenario. Use the rubric as a guide for completing this assignment.
