Here is the problem which I am stuck on, please help me!

Question: Your summer co-op is working as a safety inspector for NOAA. You are inspecting a submarine they will be using and they want to know the maximum safe depth it can operate at. The biggest concern is a 18.2 cm diameter window which is 9.9 cm thick. The glass can withstand forces up to .8 x 106 N.

Part I: What is the submarines maximum safe depth? The pressure inside the submarine is maintained at 1.0 atm.

Part II: What is the maximum depth the sub can go to without worrying about the window?

I need help to solve the above question. Thanks.
