A diver is completing a double back somersault. The first somersault is done in the layout position at 300 degree/sec, and the second is done in the tuck position. In changing positions the diver changes his radius of gyration about his transverse axis from 85 centimeter in layout to 30 centimeter in tuck. Find what is his angular velocity in the tuck position?
