Becoming familiar with how to find the way the online environment also helped Jeannine feel more comfortable and less anxious about feeling like she was going to miss something. Mary also utilized all the "helps" given on the student resources site to help her with papers and writing styles. It is simple to relate to Mary's story since it has been a while since I have been to school, have a family, and work.
