A car traveling 40.0 m/s seats a train approaching a crossing track that's perpendicular to the road and estimates the train's speed to be about 30.0 m/s. The front of the train in 300.0 m from the crossing and the front of the car is 400.0 meter from the crossing. The length of the car is 5.00 meter and the width of the train is 3.00 meter and its length is 25.0 meter.

In unit vector notation, find the velocity of the train with respect to the car and find the angel between this velocity and the line of sight to the train.
