a 0.5 inch diameter axisymmetric jet of air strikes a stationary disk (with a diameter of 15 inches). The disk has a small hole in the center behind which a manometer is connected; the jet strikes the disk such that the hole is exactly in the center of the jet. The fluid in the manometer as a sg=4.5. If the deflection of the gae fluid height, h, is 2 inches find the 1) velocity of the jet air and 2) the force exerted on the disk by the air.
