A cart of mass m1=0.5 kg moves with a velocity of 0.9 m/s to the right on a frictionless track. It collides with another cart of mass m2=0.1 kg at rest. The carts continue moving together after the perfectly inelastic collision. What is the velocity of each cart after the collision? Show the details of your solution.
