Find the two 4-bit-magnitude comparators, U7 and U8, in the Watchdog Timer schematic. Which IC receives the high-order binary data, U7 or U8? (Hint: The bold lines in that schematic represent a bus, which is a group of conductors that are shared by several ICs. It simplifies the diagram by showing a single bold line instead of several separate lines. When the individual lines are taken off the bus they are labeled, appropriately, 0-1-2-3 and 4-5-6-7 in this application.)
